About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Moscents store or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. "We" and "us" means Moscents.
What we sell
Moscents sells decants: small amounts of perfume that we hand-fill into our own vials and atomizers. Each one is filled from a genuine, full-size bottle.
Decants aren't sold in the brand's original packaging, and they aren't made or endorsed by the brands named.
Brand names and "inspired by"
Moscents is independent and isn't affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand we mention. Brand and fragrance names belong to their owners. We use them only to say what's in a decant, or to describe a fragrance's scent character.
When we say a fragrance is "inspired by" or "compared to" another, we mean their scents are similar. It doesn't mean the two fragrances are the same, or that the brands are connected.
Product information
Notes, accords, performance ratings and descriptions come from the brands and from fragrance community sources. Scent is personal: how a fragrance smells, how long it lasts, and how far it carries can vary from person to person.
Photos show the brand's full-size bottle for reference. Your decant comes in a Moscents vial.
Using perfume safely
Perfume is for external use only, and it's flammable.
- Keep it away from flames, heat, children and pets.
- Don't spray it near your eyes.
- If you have sensitive skin, test a small amount first.
- Stop using it if you notice irritation.
Orders and prices
Prices are in U.S. dollars, and checkout is handled securely by Shopify. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
We work hard to keep prices and stock accurate. If an error affects your order, we'll contact you before it ships.
Shipping and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
