Where we ship
We ship from Omaha, Nebraska to addresses in the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.
Perfume is flammable, so it can only travel by ground. That means we can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), or outside the United States.
Shipping rates
- Orders of $45 or more ship free, and include a free 1 ml sample.
- Orders under $45 ship for a flat $5.99.
The $45 counts your order total after any discount codes.
When your order ships
We hand-fill every decant to order. Orders usually leave us within 1–3 business days.
They travel by USPS Ground Advantage, which usually takes 2–5 business days. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Local pickup in Omaha
If your address is in Nebraska, you can choose "Local pickup in Omaha" at checkout for free. Please add a phone number. Orders are usually ready within a day, and we'll text you to arrange a time and place.
Check your address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away through our Contact page and we'll fix it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
Damaged, leaking or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact us through our Contact page within 3 days of delivery. We'll make it right as described in our Refund Policy.
If tracking hasn't moved for several days, or a package shows as delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.
